Monthly Wages of $1,250 – $2000. $1,250 to those Students who are unable to find work due to COVID-19 and $2,000 per month for eligible students with dependents or disabilities.
Scholarships of $5000 towards Tuition Fee: To qualify for this scholarship students must take part in the program by helping out within their communities during COVID-19
Longer Part-Time Work Hours for International Students :During COVID-19, international students can work more than 20 hours /week, for those working in essential services such as healthcare infrastructure, food, and other critical services
New Jobs and Opportunities: Government of Canada has sanctioned $80 million to the Student Work Placement Program to support over 20, 000 students across the country to find paid-work in their field of study
Mental Health Support for Youth :It will be challenging times both mentally and physically for many students, living away from their homes and loved ones. The Canadian Government has funded $7.5 million towards mental support for those students who aren’t coping during these challenging times
