Terms and Conditions for Job Applicants

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before applying for the Advisor role at Campus International. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of the applicants ("Applicants") and Campus International ("CI") regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data during the application process. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Personal Data Collection:

1.1. CI may collect and process personal data provided by the Applicants, including but not limited to name, contact information, educational background, work experience, and other relevant details.

1.2. The personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the Applicant's suitability for the Advisor role at CI.

Data Protection and Privacy:

2.1. CI is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the Applicant's personal data and will comply with applicable data protection laws.

2.2. The personal data provided by the Applicants will be stored and processed securely and will only be accessed by authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process.

2.3. CI will not disclose or share the Applicant's personal data with any third parties without the Applicant's explicit consent, unless required by law.

Use of Personal Data:

3.1. The personal data provided by the Applicants will be used for the following purposes:

• Assessing the Applicant's qualifications and suitability for the Advisor role.
• Communicating with the Applicant regarding the recruitment process and providing updates.
• Conducting background checks, reference checks, and verification of information provided.
• Making employment offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Retention of Personal Data:

4.1. CI will retain the Applicant's personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in these Terms, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. In case the Applicant is not selected for the Advisor role, CI may retain the Applicant's personal data for a reasonable period for future employment opportunities, unless the Applicant requests its deletion.

Applicant's Rights:

5.1. Applicants have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by CI.

5.2. Applicants can exercise their rights by contacting CI's Data Protection Officer at info@campusinternational.net.

5.3. CI will make reasonable efforts to respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.1. CI makes no guarantee of employment or job offer to any Applicant. The final selection and hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of CI.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CI is headquartered.

7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the recruitment process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
