Students who complete a degree program in Poland can apply for a one-time temporary residence permit for up to 3 months and up to 1 year to search for work or start a business in Poland after graduation. The permit can be extended for up to three years if they find a job in their field. After living in Poland for five years, students can apply for permanent residency.
